Comfy and handy location, only a short distance to everywhere. Comfortable bed, a decent size bathroom and soundproof windows and coffee in the room.

location just right for us, we had a very busy weekend with our family gathering, five of us stayed at the hotel which worked out well for us, we would stay there again in the future

Complimentary and generous breakfast with a lovely view, great value with a lovely view over the rose gardens and a discounted voucher in the dining room. Climate control and dark curtains available in the economy twin room.

the Sunday night dinner was disappointing and dessert scallops were half cooked - but I didnt want to complain the restaurant was draughty and cold

I forgot to mention this as we left. No ventilation what ever in the bathroom.

A quiet night close to the city.

Rose Park features a comfortable room with a good breakfast buffet served on the top floor, offering panoramic views over the nearby Rose Garden. The hotel is also conveniently located near Parnell Road, which has a variety of shops and restaurants. The ample parking facility adds to the overall convenience of the stay.

Facilities were tired and old. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, broken lights, old fitting, saggy bed. Staff were relaxed and happy. In need of modernising and updating of rooms.

We were attending a concert at Vecta Arena, so this was a great location, it's only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The bathroom was very dated and the shower badly positioned, you would have to be under 5 feet tall to fit under it. The rooms need updating, the carpet was frayed and the bed cover was patched. As the hotel is on a busy road there was also a lot of road noise in our room. was the general conditiion of the room,

The atmosphere was lively, and the clean rooms. The staff were attentive, and the food was excellent!

Suitable for overnight stay. Location close to Parnell, and city centre, gardens across the road and the cruise terminal and out of town and lovely gardens across the road. 15 minutes walk to Auckland War Memorial Museum.
